Momentous Creatine Review: What’s in the Jar (and What Momentous Says About It)

The short version
Momentous Creatine is unflavored creatine monohydrate, 5 g per scoop, 90 servings per jar, and NSF Certified for Sport®. If you want one simple, well-documented supplement to pair with strength training, this is the kind of product people start with.
What’s in it
One ingredient: creatine monohydrate. Momentous calls its version “Signature Spec” and says it’s made in a pharmaceutical facility, purified with reverse-osmosis water, and screened for PFAS and microplastics in addition to NSF certification.
What Momentous says it supports
Momentous describes creatine as supporting strength, power, recovery, lean muscle and cognitive performance, and says it’s backed by 685+ clinical trials. Those are Momentous’s statements; I’m reporting them, not adding to them.
How to take it (per Momentous)
- 1 scoop in 6–8 oz water, drunk soon after mixing.
- Any time of day. Momentous says daily consistency matters more than timing, on training and rest days.
Powder or chews?
The Creatine Chews give 1 g per chew (5 chews for a full serving) and include dextrose and flavoring. The powder is the simplest option; the chews trade simplicity for convenience.
